The Service

SimpleSearch helps users discover jobs, prepare resumes and cover letters, complete supported job application forms, handle application-related verification steps, and track application progress. Features may include AI-generated suggestions, browser automation, application email handling, and application credits.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be marked coming soon, experimental, limited, or available only to certain users.

Your Account

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping access to your account secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed.

You may not share your account in a way that lets another person use SimpleSearch as you or submit applications under your identity without authorization.

Your Applications and Materials

You choose the jobs you apply to and the information, resume, answers, and materials used for those applications. You authorize SimpleSearch to use your information, files, generated materials, application email addresses, and automated browser sessions to prepare, complete, submit, verify, and track applications you initiate.

You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, and legality of your resume, profile, application answers, cover letters, and other materials. Do not submit information that is false, misleading, unlawful, confidential to a third party, or that you do not have the right to use.

AI-Generated Content

SimpleSearch may use AI to parse resumes, map application fields, draft cover letters, suggest answers, summarize jobs, or assist with form completion. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for a specific employer or role.

You should review AI-generated materials before relying on them. SimpleSearch does not guarantee interviews, job offers, application acceptance, employer responses, or compatibility with every applicant tracking system.

Third-Party Sites and Employers

Applications are often submitted through third-party job boards, employer websites, and applicant tracking systems. Those services are not controlled by SimpleSearch and may have their own terms, privacy policies, account rules, verification steps, and availability limits.

You authorize SimpleSearch to interact with those third-party services as needed for applications you initiate, but you remain responsible for complying with applicable third-party requirements.

Credits, Payments, and Purchases

SimpleSearch may use application credits for paid or limited features. The number of credits included in a plan or pack, the price, and any purchase terms will be shown before purchase or in the app.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Apple. Purchase records may be used to grant credits and verify transactions. Except where required by law or expressly stated in the app, purchases are final and credits have no cash value.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use SimpleSearch to submit fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful, or unauthorized applications.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service, overload systems, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload malware or content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not use SimpleSearch to impersonate another person or apply for jobs without authorization.

Ownership

You retain ownership of your resume, profile information, application answers, and other materials you provide. You grant SimpleSearch the rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, display, and use that content to provide and improve the service.

SimpleSearch and its software, design, trademarks, workflows, and service content are owned by SimpleSearch or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of SimpleSearch intellectual property to you.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SimpleSearch if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may be unlawful or abusive.

You may stop using SimpleSearch at any time. Certain records may be retained after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

SimpleSearch is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee job listings will be current, applications will be accepted, third-party sites will remain available, employers will respond, or any employment outcome will occur.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleSearch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or employment outcomes arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as SimpleSearch changes. The updated terms will be posted at this page with a new last updated date. Your continued use of SimpleSearch after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
